Honey Lime Coleslaw

  • 1 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Walkeri's Clover Honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red cruped pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp canoli oil 
  • 1 head red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (optional) 

Whisk the first 8 ingredients together until smooth. Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions and toss with the mixture you just made to lightly coati Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkl4 with cilantro if desired and enjoy! Great on a hot summer day.
